Detectives Arrest Sex Abuse Suspect
April 14, 2005, at about 6:10 a.m. detectives from the Portland Police Sexual Assault Detail, assisted by East Precinct uniform officers, arrested 35-year-old Andrew Stuart Bourland for Sex Abuse I (two counts), Sex Abuse II, Endangering the Welfare of a Minor (three counts), attempting to display a child in sexually explicit conduct, and furnishing alcohol to a minor (three counts).
This arrest came after an investigation initiated in January 2005 after it was reported that Bourland had been harboring runaway teenage boys and sexually abusing them.*-..
