This weekend, officers from the Portland Police Bureau responded to a number of calls involving people struggling in a mental health crisis, including two suicides. On Friday September 28, 2012, at 4:07 p.m., Portland Police officers assigned to North Precinct responded to the 7400 block of North Chicago Avenue on the report of a person struggling in a mental health crisis.
