This morning, Wednesday June 6, 2012, at 8:20 a.m., investigators from the Portland Police Bureau's Traffic Division arrested 28-year-old Christopher Michael Rhea in connection with the ongoing investigation into the hit and run death of 63-year-old Nancy Schoeffler on West Burnside Street. Rhea was arrested at his residence in Lake Oswego and was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Hindering Prosecution and Tampering With Physical Evidence (Two Counts).
