On Sunday May 12, 2013, at approximately 10:45 a.m., East Precinct officers responded to Elmer's Restaurant, located at 9660 Southeast Stark Street, on the report of lots of people fighting and chasing someone eastbound on Stark Street. As officers were en route, additional information was received that one person had a knife and another had a gun.
