04/17/2014 Second Suspect Booked in Connection with Wednesday Morning Shooting of a Police Officer and Canine in Southwest Portland (Photo)

25-year-old Jemaell Diamond Dominique Riley was released from a Portland hospital this afternoon and was booked into the Multnomah County Jail this evening on multiple felony charges.

Riley has been charged with Attempted Kidnapping in the First Degree, Conspiracy to Commit Kidnapping in the First Degree, Attempted Robbery in the Second Degree, Conspiracy to Commit Robbery in the First Degree, and two counts of Burglary in the First Degree.

20-year-old Steven Alan Young, already in jail on a charge of Burglary in the First Degree, will face additional charges of Attempted Kidnapping in the First Degree, Conspiracy to Commit Kidnapping in the First Degree, Attempted Robbery in the Second Degree, and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery in the First Degree.

Both Young and Riley will be arraigned in Multnomah County Court on Friday April 18, 2014.

20-year-old Paul Alan Ropp will face charges after he is released from a Portland hospital, expected to be within a few days.*-..

01/03/2013 Serial Armed Robbery Suspect Arrested in Clackamas County

28-year-old Nicholas Alan Davis was arrested by the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office in the early morning hours January 3, 2013 in connection with six armed robberies in December 2012. Davis was armed with a handgun in all six robberies at the following locations: December 23 at the 7-11, located at 8635 Southwest Barbur Boulevard. December 24 at the Swan Mart, located at 4440 Southwest Barbur Boulevard. December 25 at the Plaid Pantry, located at 4516 Southwest Vermont Street. December 26 at the Hoot Owl Market, located at 6730 Southwest Capitol Highway. December 26 at the Milwaukie Market, located at 4401 Southeast Milwaukie Avenue. December 29 at the Woodstock Market, located at 8601 Southeast Woodstock Boulevard. Nobody was injured in any of the robberies. 11/27/2013 Serial Bank Robbery Suspects Arrested in Wood Village After Multi-Agency Investigation

On Saturday November 16, Sunday November 17 and Monday November 18, 2013, multiple banks were robbed in the Portland Metro area by a male wielding a demand note.

Investigators with the Portland Police Bureau, Gresham Police Department, Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, Scappoose Police Department, and the Washington County Sheriff's Office worked together to share information and develop possible suspects.

This evening at approximately 7:00 p.m., detectives were conducting further investigation when two suspects committed a bank robbery in the presence of the investigators.*-..
