11/06/2014 Suspects Arrested for September 2013 Residential Robbery in Pleasant Valley Neighborhood (Photo)

Investigators from the Portland Police Bureau have made two arrests in connection with a September 2013 residential robbery that occurred in Southeast Portland's Pleasant Valley Neighborhood.

Through an extensive investigation, Robbery detectives identified 36-year-old Daniel Jason Kovac and 40-year-old Travis Allen Layman as the suspects in the robbery.

Kovac was arrested on October 29, 2014, by the US Marshals Oregon Fugitive Task Force and booked into the Multnomah County Jail.*-..

12/22/2014 Suspects Charged in Rosemary Anderson High School Shooting Investigation (Photo)

On Monday December 22, 2014, Portland Police Bureau Gang Enforcement Team detectives charged three suspects with a variety of crimes in connection with the December 12, 2014 shooting that occurred outside Rosemary Anderson High School in North Portland's Humboldt Neighborhood.

16-year-old Marquise D'Angelo Murphy has been charged with Attempted Murder, Assault in the First Degree, Assault in the Second Degree (4 counts), and Unlawful Use of a Weapon (4 counts).

18-year-old Marquel Diamond Dugas has been charged with Attempted Murder, Assault in the First Degree, Assault in the Second Degree (4 counts), Unlawful Use of a Weapon (4 counts), and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

22-year-old Lonzo Murphy has been charged with Attempted Murder, Assault in the First Degree, Assault in the Second Degree (4 counts), Unlawful Use of a Weapon (4 counts), Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Hindering Prosecution, and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

All three will be arraigned on Tuesday in Multnomah County Court.
