Detectives from the Portland Police Bureau's Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public's help in safely locating 10-year-old Ember Kimball, who was last seen near her foster residence, in the 16400 block of Southeast High Meadow Loop, at about 3:15 p.m. this afternoon, May 20, 2014.

05/22/2014 Hit and Run Driver Arrested After Critically Injuring a 67-Year-Old Woman in a Traffic Crash on May 18 (Photo)

On May 18, 2014, at 12:29 a.m., East Precinct officers responded to the report of a hit and run crash that occurred on I-84 eastbound near Northeast 53rd Avenue.

The victim vehicle was rear ended at high speed causing extensive damage and injuring both driver and passenger.

The front seat passenger, 67-year-old Judy Bolton, suffered significant traumatic injuries and was transported to a Portland hospital.

The suspect vehicle continued eastbound on I-84, but was later located abandoned at Northeast Halsey Street and 102nd Avenue.*-..
