45-year-old Monique Green has returned to her care facility and is no longer a missing person. ###PPB### ###ORIGINAL MESSAGE BELOW### Today, Friday, September 16, 2011 at approximately 10:30am this morning, Portland Police Bureau North Precinct officers responded to a report of a missing person from a secure residential care facility, in the 2300 block of Northeast Siskiyou Street. 45-year-old Monique Green was last seen on surveillance video walking away from the facility, at approximately 6:30 a.m. Green deals with mental health issues which may cause her to be unable to care for herself safely.*-..

The suspect in this morning's attempted firebombing of a Portland Police car has been identified as 24-year-old Sergey Yefimobich Turzhanskiy of Southeast Portland. Turzhanskiy was booked on charges of Attempted Arson in the First Degree, Possession of a Destructive Device, Attempt to Elude, Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree, Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree, and Obstructing Governmental Administration. After an extensive neighborhood search, several people were detained and released after investigators obtained their identity.

No gunshot victims were located and there have been no arrests.
