Police are still seeking the public's help locating missing 51-year-old Kelly Vincent, who has not been seen since May 7, 2012, at the Lincoln City, Oregon Safeway store. The suspect in this morning's attempted firebombing of a Portland Police car has been identified as 24-year-old Sergey Yefimobich Turzhanskiy of Southeast Portland. Turzhanskiy was booked on charges of Attempted Arson in the First Degree, Possession of a Destructive Device, Attempt to Elude, Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree, Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree, and Obstructing Governmental Administration.
