On Monday afternoon, investigators from the Portland Police Bureau?s Gang Enforcement Team arrested 15-year-old Bennie Gene London III for three counts of Attempted Aggravated Murder with a Firearm in connection with Sunday afternoon?s shooting in the 600 block of Southeast 162nd Avenue. Investigators from the Gang Enforcement Team served multiple search warrants in connection with the arrest and did recover a .22 caliber rifle they believe was used in the shooting.
