On Friday October 28, 2011, one subject was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, two subjects were cited and excluded for Alcohol in the Park, and two subjects were excluded for Possession of Marijuana in the Park. Another man, 36-year-old Christopher David Bartz, was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on an outstanding drug-related warrant and also charged with Offensive Littering and Drugs in the Park and excluded from Lownsdale and Chapman Squares. Officers saw a Bartz dumping a plastic bottle of what appeared to be urine into the street and made contact with him.*-..

On Monday March 24, 2014, at 10:50 a.m., East Precinct officers responded to the report of an armed bank robbery at the Wells Fargo Bank branch, located at 4515 Southeast Woodstock Boulevard.

Portland Police Bureau Child Abuse Team (CAT) detectives are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect who inappropriately touched a 13-year-old girl in a TriMet bus shelter and may have committed a similar act with a 14-year-old girl in a different case.

The Portland Police Bureau's Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public's help in locating 22-year-old Sydell Guerrero. Sydell went missing from a residential treatment facility in the 2500 block of Southeast 74th Avenue on June 11, 2013, at approximately 7:00 p.m. He has a variety of mental health issues that if left untreated could endanger his welfare. Sydell is described as an African American male, 5'6" tall, 200 pounds, last seen wearing a white jacket and blue jeans.*-..

The Portland Police Bureau's Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public's help to locate 22-year-old Jesse James Preedit.

Preedit was last seen on May 7, 2014, at his Downtown Portland residence, approximately one week after he was discharged from a hospital for self-inflicted injuries.

Investigators have exhausted all avenues of information and are asking for the public's help to locate Preedit.
