On Tuesday evening, 32-year-old Aarontino Smith Yazzte turned himself in to police as the driver in this hit and run crash.

Yazzte was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Failure to Perform the Duties of a Driver with Injury, Failure to Perform the Duties of a Driver/Property (two counts) and Reckless Driving.

30-year-old Kenny Cola-Cortez remains in a Portland hospital after being critically injured in the crash.

09/18/2014 UPDATE - ARREST: Reckless Driver Crashes into Vehicle Causing Serious Injuries - Major Crash Team Investigating (Photo)

Traffic Division officers today arrested 22-year-old Sergey Lastivka on several charges related to the Monday evening crash that left a woman in critical condition.

Lastivka was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Assault in the Second Degree, Assault in the Fourth Degree, Attempt to Elude by Vehicle, Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants (DUII), and Reckless Endangerment (five counts).

Lastivka will be arraigned on Friday.

54-year-old Hope Davis remains in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.
