On Friday May 13, 2016, at 10:56 a.m., Central Precinct bicycle patrol officers responded to Northwest Natio Boulevard, just North of the Burnside Bridge on the report of a man dealing drugs.

Officers arrived in the area and contacted the suspect, 45-year-old Jeffrey Lamar Seward, known to the officers from previous contacts.*-..

10/22/2015 Report of Gunfire in Rose City Park Neighborhood Results in Arrest of 25-Year-Old Man for Gun Charges (Photo)

On Wednesday October 21, 2015, at 8:22 p.m., Gang Enforcement Team (GET) officers stopped a vehicle at Northeast Cully Boulevard and Skidmore Street as they were responding to the report of gunfire in the area of Northeast 53rd Avenue and Fremont Street, which was a few blocks away.

As officers approached the vehicle on foot, they observed a handgun lying on the passenger side floorboard.

The driver, 25-year-old Brian Duane Nacoste, was arrested without incident.*-..

02/04/2016 Report of Gunfire Overnight in Northeast Portland's Roseway Neighborhood -- No Injuries Reported (Photo)

On Thursday February 4, 2016 at 12:49 a.m., North Precinct officers responded to the report of gunfire in the area of Northeast 66th Avenue and Mason Street.

Officers arrived in the area and located evidence of gunfire in the street but did not locate any gunshot victims or damage to property.

10/06/2015 Report of Two Armed Men Near Grant High School Not Verified - No Suspects Located

On Tuesday October 6, 2015, at 12:36 p.m., North Precinct and Youth Services Division officers responded to the report of two men with guns walking southbound on Northeast 33rd Avenue from Knott Street towards Grant High School.

Officers arrived in the area and learned additional information that the two men, both white males in their teens or early-20s, were carrying what appeared to be semi-automatic rifles slung across their chests.

Several officers canvassed the area as area schools, including Grant High School and both Beverly Cleary Schools went into lockdown.

Neither suspect was located, no reports of any actual threats and no determination if the guns were real.

The suspects were described as white males in their late teens or early-20s, 5'8" tall, and medium builds.*-..

On Monday November 3, 2014, at 11:08 p.m., North Precinct officers responded to the 4800 block of Northeast 106th Avenue after the report that a resident fired shots at someone who then climbed onto the roof of a neighboring business.

Officers arrived and learned that the suspect entered an occupied mobile home and was confronted by the resident, who was armed with a handgun.*-..

05/20/2016 Residential Burglar Steals Cremation Remains of One Victim's Mother, Wedding Ring of Another Victim's Grandmother

On May 6, 2016, at 9:30 p.m., East Precinct officers responded to the report of a burglary at a residence in the 6800 block of Southeast Woodstock Boulevard.

Officers arrived and spoke with the victims who told police that sometime during the day, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., someone broke into the home and stole several items.

One victim was missing a jar of cash, earned as tips during her job as a bartender, and her grandmother's diamond ring.

The other victim was missing an iPad mini and a small, red felt bag containing some of her mother's cremation ashes.*-..
