Portland Police Bureau Homicide detectives have identified the suspect in last night's shooting at police on Southeast Foster Road as 26-year-old Quintrell Shaimon Holiman.

Holiman was found deceased in the backyard of a home in the 7900 block of Southeast Raymond Street of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

Holiman was a wanted Federal fugitive for Escape on an original charge of Felon in Possession of a Firearm from 2012.*-..

06/10/2015 Suspected Suicide After Woman's Body Found in Willamette River (Photo)

On Wednesday June 10, 2015, at 2:04 a.m., North Precinct officers responded to the top deck of the Fremont Bridge after the report of a car parked on the South shoulder with the engine running and nobody around the vehicle.

Officers checked both directions on the bridge but did not locate anyone so they requested Portland Fire & Rescue and the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office to respond via boat to check the Willamette River below the bridge.

Investigators from the Portland Police Bureau have made two arrests in connection with a September 2013 residential robbery that occurred in Southeast Portland's Pleasant Valley Neighborhood.

Through an extensive investigation, Robbery detectives identified 36-year-old Daniel Jason Kovac and 40-year-old Travis Allen Layman as the suspects in the robbery.
