The Portland Police Bureau is continuing to investigate incidents of a man exposing himself in the Alameda, Beaumont-Wilshire, Roseway, and Grant Park neighborhoods of Northeast Portland.

The latest report came on Thursday afternoon, around 4:30 p.m., at Northeast 30th Avenue and Mason Street, where the suspect exposed himself to a child then ran away.*-..

Portland Police Bureau Gang Enforcement Team (GET) investigators have arrested four men in connection with a June 2013 robbery at Southeast 126th Avenue and Division Street.

19-year-old Michael Doster, 18-year-old Davontay Deangelo Mosley, 19-year-old Terrence Andrews-Ramsey, and 19-year-old Joshua Adam Crawford have all been arrested and charged with several felony crimes.

The investigation started on June 8, 2013, at 6:38 p.m., when East Precinct officers responded to the report of an armed robbery in the 12600 block of Southeast Division Street.*-..

02/15/2014 UPDATE #2 - Major Crash Team Investigating a Fatal Crash to a Pedestrian - Second Pedestrian Transported

The woman killed in Friday's pedestrian crash has been identified as 78-year-old Yan Huang.
Her husband, who is continuing to recover from injuries, has been identified as 80-year-old Zhi Hu.

The driver, Jarred Holt, cooperated with the investigation.

On Saturday February 15, 2014, at 3:18 a.m., North Precinct officers were responding to a disturbance call and were traveling westbound on North Lombard Street approaching Commercial Avenue when a car traveling in front of them pulled a U-turn, causing a collision with the patrol car.

The driver of the other vehicle, a 2004 Chevrolet Impala, attempted to flee the scene in the vehicle after the crash but only made it to North Kerby Avenue before the vehicle became completely disabled.*-..
