This afternoon, Monday October 31, 2011, at 4:56 p.m., Portland Police officers assigned to Central Precinct responded to the Silver Dollar Pizza located at 225 Northwest Broadway on the report of a man waving a hacksaw around trying to cut at the doors. As officers were enroute, dispatch broadcast that the man was going up to cars in the street, nearly getting hit, then began sawing at a car with the hacksaw.*-..
