02/02/2015 Two Injured in Gang Shooting Outside Hazelwood Neighborhood Bar - No Arrests (Photo)

On Monday February 2, 2015, at 2:11 a.m., East Precinct officers responded to Boss Hawg's Bar & Grill, located at 617 Northeast 102nd Avenue, on the report of a shooting.

Officers arrived in the area and contacted witnesses who reported hearing multiple gunshots fired and vehicles leaving the area after the shooting.

Officers located evidence of gunfire and property damage, but no injured victims.

At 2:45 a.m., East Precinct officers responded to Providence Hospital, located at 4805 Northeast Glisan Street, on the report that two men were in the emergency room being treated for gunshot wounds.

The victims, a 35-year-old male and a 29-year-old male, were suffering from non-life-threatening injuries.

Based on information gathered at both locations, the shooting appears to be gang-related.*-..

06/13/2015 Two Men Arrested with Guns at Alberta Park on Friday Night - One a Suspect in a May 2015 Shooting (Photo)

In the evening hours of Friday June 12, 2015, North Precinct and Gang Enforcement Team (GET) officers stopped two men at Alberta Park in Northeast Portland based on information that led officers to believe both were armed with guns.

Both men were taken into custody without incident and both were armed with handguns at the time of their arrest.

27-year-old Jamias Leondre Hart-Rasberry was arrested for Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Aggravated Theft in the First Degree, and Possession of a Weapon in a Park.

20-year-old William Lamar O'Neal was arrested for Attempted Murder, Attempted Assault in the First Degree, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm (two counts), and Possession of a Loaded Firearm.

O'Neal, a documented gang member, was identified by GET detectives as the suspect in the May 18, 2015 shooting at Montavilla Park in Northeast Portland.

The shooting in Montavilla Park occurred on Monday May 18, 2015, at 4:13 p.m. No gunshot victims were located and detectives would still like to hear from anyone with information about the shooting.

On Saturday November 22, 2014, at 1:59 a.m., East Precinct officers responded to a residence in the area of Southeast 92nd Avenue and Holgate Street on the report that a woman was attacked in the area.

Officers arrived and spoke with the 30-year-old victim who told police that she was walking home when she was approached by two men who started talking to her then grabbed her and dragged her onto a side street.

The victim told police she was walking northbound on 92nd Avenue and passed Insley Street, where she saw the two men approach her from Insley.*-..

On October 10, 2015, at approximately 4:00 a.m., an alert community member in Southeast Portland's Woodstock Neighborhood called 9-1-1 to report seeing a two men park a U-Haul van near Southeast 51st Avenue and Holgate Boulevard, get out of the van wearing black ski masks and heavy jackets.

On Tuesday November 19, 2013, at 9:12 p.m., North Precinct officers responded to North Kerby Avenue and Farragut Street on the report of an armed robbery and attempted carjacking.
