On Saturday January 24, 2015, at 2:37 a.m., East Precinct officers responded to The Street Bar, located at 3554 Southeast 82nd Avenue, on the report of a stabbing with two victims.

01/24/2015 Shooting Investigation Outside Lloyd Center Mall - No Known Injuries (Photo)

On Saturday January 24, 2015, at 4:43 p.m., North Precinct and Gang Enforcement Team officers responded to the report of gunshots heard in the Lloyd Center Mall parking structure, near Northeast 9th Avenue and Halsey Street.

Several officers arrived and immediately entered the parking structure to address any possible threats or suspects and to prevent access to the interior of the mall.

Officers did not locate any suspects at the scene and it appears there is no immediate risk to mall patrons.

Evidence of gunfire was located near the Barnes and Noble store on the Halsey side of the mall.*-..

01/26/2015 Gun, Meth, Cash and Stolen Property Seized from Lents Neighborhood Home - One Arrest (Photo)

On Friday January 23, 2015, at 3:29 p.m., East Precinct officers responded to a residence at 9126 Southeast Insley Street on the report that a man menaced two people with a handgun inside the home.

Officers arrived and spoke with the victim and his girlfriend, both of whom were menaced by the suspect, identified as 52-year-old James Edwards Stebbins.

Officers surrounded the home and called into Stebbins, using a police car PA system, and asked that he come outside the home.

At approximately 5:00 p.m., Stebbins exited the home and surrendered to police without incident.

Officers assigned to the Gun Task Force (GTF) responded and obtained a search warrant for the home.*-..

01/27/2015 Truck Smashes into Concordia Neighborhood Walgreen's - Attempts to Steal ATM

On Tuesday January 27, 2015, at 4:13 a.m., North Precinct officers responded to the report of an ATM theft in progress at the Walgreen's store, located at 5420 Northeast 33rd Avenue.

As officers were still en route, witnesses told 9-1-1 that two men ran from the truck, which was stuck inside the store.
