The pedestrian killed in this morning's fatal crash at Northeast 60th and Killingsworth has been identified as 63-year-old Mary Anne Turner of Northeast Portland. 04/08/2011 UPDATE: Portland Police Investigate Shots Fired in Southeast Portland

Early this morning, Friday April 8, 2011, Portland Police officers booked 30-year-old Eicca Elglavoi Lucas of Gresham into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Reckless Endangerment, Possession of a Loaded Firearm in the City, Discharging a Firearm in the City, and Domestic Violence Menacing. Investigators from the Portland Police Bureau's Domestic Violence Reduction Unit learned that Lucas had a dispute with his 30-year-old girlfriend on the street and fired a shot into the air.
