The motorcycle rider killed in Tuesday night's crash on Southeast Powell Boulevard has been identified as 27-year-old Edward Paul Reis of South Carolina.

46-year-old James Shane Legore was identified as the person struck and killed by a tractor trailer on I-5 Tuesday night.

Investigators learned that Legore was crossing I-5 northbound near the Morrison Bridge when he was struck by a northbound 2012 Freightliner tractor trailer, driven by 63-year-old Dean Edward Beck.

38-year-old Brian Delashmutt was released from the hospital and booked into the Multnomah County Jail an numerous charges. Delashmutt was charged with two counts each of Assaulting a Public Safety Officer, Assault in the Fourth Degree, Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree, and three counts of Resisting Arrest. The officers, a 23-year-veteran and a 10-year-veteran, have both been released from the hospital and will be recovering at home.*-..
