For clarity, in some reports the suspect has had some type of cloth or boxer shorts covering the lower half of his face, which is what is reflected in the forensic sketch.



Today, Wednesday February 5, 2014, the Portland Police Bureau has released a forensic sketch of a male that is suspected of exposing himself to several victims in Northeast Portland.

The suspect has been described as a white male, 20 to 40 years old, 5'9" to 5'10" tall, 170 to 185 pounds, medium to heavy build, dark brown hair, scruffy face, wearing a white t-shirt, blue or green boxer shorts, and dirty old running shoes.

In one incident, a possible suspect vehicle was reported to be a gray to gold to brown larger American sedan.

North Precinct officers are actively investigating these incidents and are providing extra patrol to the neighborhood.*-..
