In January 1994, 47-year-old Marion Edward Fullilove was sentenced to 15 years in Federal prison for robbing several banks in Northeast Portland in 1993. On June 20, 2006, Fullilove was released from the federal prison in Sheridan, Oregon, to a halfway house in Northeast Portland where he was to serve the remaining 3 months of his sentence. He failed to report as directed and is now considered an escaped felon. The United States Marshals Service has issued a federal warrant for escape with no bail.
Fullilove is described as a black male, 5’8”, 140 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair. He has “Danny & Flossie” tattooed on his left forearm, a “sun child” tattooed on his right forearm, and a scar over his left eye. Fullilove was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, white T-shirt, and gray sweatpants.
Fullilove has a violent history with arrests for Assault with Intent to Murder and Attempted Rape. Prior to going to prison, Fullilove frequented the Northeast Portland area. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
