On Saturday, October 21, 2006, at 8:55 a.m., Portland Police responded to a call on a body found on the railroad tracks in the 1400 block of Northwest Naito Parkway. At the scene, Officers discovered the severed body of an adult male. On Sunday, October 22, 2006, the Multnomah County Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy and has ruled out Homicidal Violence as the cause of death. The deceased is described as a white male, 25 years of age, 5’7”, and 187 pounds, with short brown hair, hazel eyes, and slight stubble on his face. He was wearing a white Quicksilver brand T-shirt underneath a LRG brand T-shirt with “still find time to rock” written on the front, Ralph Lauren Polo brand blue jeans, green boxers, white socks, and brown VANS brand tennis shoes. The deceased has a five-inch scar on his left thigh and a tattoo on his right shoulder:
