CRIME STOPPERS WEEK OF 02-19-07

The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in finding a potential armed wanted man.

On February 20, 2007, Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office issued a felony warrant on 29-year-old Justin Royce Harris on Unlawful Possession of a Weapon with a $15,000 bail. Harris is listed as a potential armed career criminal with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF). Harris is multi-state offender with a history of resisting arrest and attempting to elude police.

Harris is described as a black male, 6’1,” 190 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his neck, chest, abdomen, both arms, and a scar near his right eye. Harris is known to frequent Northeast Portland and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information, reported to Crime Stoppers, that leads to an arrest in this case, or any unsolved felony, and you remain anonymous. Call Crime Stoppers at (503) 823-HELP (4357).
