The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in finding a wanted felon.

The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office has issued a warrant with a $150,000 bail for 50-year-old Lorenzo Oneil Jackson on multiple counts of Identity Theft. Additionally, The State Parole and Probation Board have issued a no bail warrant on Jackson for Parole Violation. Jackson is prolific Identity thief dating back to the early 1990’s. Investigators believe though in hiding, Jackson continues to promote his identity theft scams using false drivers license and social security cards. His work is well known throughout North Portland and the Vancouver area.

Jackson is described as a black male, 5’9”tall and 140 pounds, bald with brown eyes. He has scars on his chin, stomach and wrist, along with a crippled right finger.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information, reported to Crime Stoppers, that leads to an arrest in this case, or any unsolved felony, and you remain anonymous. Call Crime Stoppers at (503) 823-HELP (4357).
