The Multnomah Country Sheriff’s Office has issued a Material Witness, no bail warrant for 17-year-old Corshelle Jenkins.
On Tuesday, October 31, 2006, at 8:47 p.m., a shooting involving gang members erupted on a MAX train in the area of Northeast 122nd Avenue and East Burnside Street. Officers and members of the Gang Enforcement Team arrested 17-year-old Damien Rouse and charged him with Attempted Murder. Rouse is set to go to trial this month and Jenkins is a material witness in the case.
Jenkins is described as a black female, 5’4” tall and 150 pounds. Her last know address was in the 13400 block of Northeast Sandy Blvd.
