That driver and witnesses seen in the area have not contacted police. Investigators are seeking those witnesses and anyone with information to contact police.
The suspect vehicle is a metallic charcoal colored 2-door or 4-door sedan. The vehicle has been described a sporty looking sedan with possibly a spoiler on the back and linear or rectangular taillights. The vehicle should have front bumper, grill, and hood damage with significant windshield damage.
