NEWS CONFERENCE IN HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION

On Tuesday, August 28, 2001, at 11:00 a.m., the Portland Police Bureau will hold a news conference to announce a reward for information leading to the arrest of the person responsible for the murder of 11 year old Joshua Jefferies, which occurred on August 10, 2001. The news conference will be held in the Detective Division conference room on the 13th floor of the Justice Center.

The reward is being offered by the Carole Sund Carrington Memorial Foundation. Kim Petersen, Director of the Foundation will be at the news conference to answer questions about the reward.
