Shooting 2700 Block of SE 138th

On August 3, 2009, at approximately 9:50 p.m., Portland Police Officers responded to a call of a shooting at a residence located in the 2700 Block of Southeast 138th. Officers arrived at the scene and found a 40-year-old man that had been shot. This victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.Officers detained three people inside the residence and Portland Police Assault Detectives were called to the scene to investigate this incident. This shooting does not appear to be gang related.
