HELP NEEDED IN IDENTIFYING TODDLER

On October 17, 2001, the Portland Police Bureau’s Family Services Division and Community Health Services took a child into protective custody. The child had reportedly been in the custody of at least 2 separate caregivers over the past 5 weeks. The most recent caregiver indicated that the child had been passed from caregiver to caregiver. None of the caregivers can provide the identity of the child or her parent(s).

The child is approximately 2 years of age. Her primary language appears to be Spanish.
