SPRING BREAK ENHANCED ENFORCMENT MISSIONS

From March 22, 2002 through March 31, 2002, the Portland Police Bureau will conduct a series of sweeps and missions designed to keep young people safe and enhance the safety of Portland’s neighborhoods during spring break. The missions will include curfew sweeps, tobacco and alcohol stings, and traffic enforcement details.Numerous organizations, including the Police Activities League (PAL) will be hosting youth programs during the next seven days. Families are encouraged to contact PAL at (503) 823-0250, the Portland Parks and Recreation program, or your neighborhood Boys and Girls Club.
