POLICE ASK THE PUBLIC TO HELP IDENTIFY PROPERTY

On November 16, 2001, representatives from the Portland Police Bureau and investigators from the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 10215 N Polk in Portland, Oregon. Arrested at the scene were 35-year-old Frank Langworthy and his brother 30-year-old Richard Langworthy. A third suspect, 32-year-old Ernest Lee Walker Jr., was not present during the execution of the warrant, but was arrested later that same day.

During a search of the residence, investigators removed two vans full of stolen property. The property has been moved to the Oregon State Parole and Probation Office located at 7220 N Lombard. Detectives will spend the next several days conducting an inventory. They are attempting to locate burglary and car prowl victims whose property may have been recovered during the execution of this search warrant.

On Tuesday, November 27, 2001, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Detectives will make the property available for inspection by the public in the hope that additional reported crimes could be solved. The inspection will take place at Oregon State Parole and Probation Office located at 7220 N Lombard.
