January 22, 2003 00:00

On Tuesday, January 21, 2003, at Northeast 42nd Avenue and Northeast Killingsworth Street, members of the Auto Theft Task Force arrested 20-year-old Mandi Marie Rust. Rust has been charged with three counts of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and three counts of Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle in connection with the theft of three Toyota Camrys reported stolen the same day. Investigators believe Rust may be stealing as many as three cars a day.
