Three Arrested in Gang-related Homicide

Portland Police Bureau Homicide Detectives have arrested 28-year-old Dean Roland White, 21-year-old Abraham Parades Silva, and 19-year-old Adrian Filberto Gutierrez in connection with the December 13, 2002 murder of 20-year-old Marcus A. Moultrie. All three have been charged with one count of Murder, one count of Conspiracy to Commit Murder, and one count of Attempted Aggravated Murder. Moultrie was shot to death near the intersection of Southeast 67th Avenue and Southeast Reedway Street as he was walking home from the store. Detectives believe this is a gang-related homicide.

Update:

Members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and Portland Police Bureau Homicide Detectives have arrested three additional suspects in connection with the December 13, 2002, murder of 20-year-old Marcus A. Moultrie. The suspects have been identified as 19-year-old Jesus Ramone Gastelum, 19-year-old Luis Miguel Valenzuela, and 19-year-old Terrelle Lashaun Tucker. All three have been charged with one count of Murder, one count of Conspiracy to Commit Murder, and one count of Attempted Aggravated Murder and will be booked into the Justice Center Jail.

Homicide Detectives provided warrant information to the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force late yesterday afternoon and are now crediting the Task Force for the quick apprehension of all three suspects.
