Man Shot to Death in Parking Lot

24-YEAR-OLD SHOT TO DEATH IN APARTMENT COMPLEX PARKING LOT

On Sunday, September 18, 2005, at 4:40 am, East Precinct officers discovered the body of 24-year-old Robert Anthony Webster-Thomas while responding to a “shots fired” call in the 1300 block of Northeast 108th Avenue. Homicide detectives were called to the scene to initiate an investigation. On Monday, September 19, 2005, the Multnomah County Medical Examiner preformed an autopsy and determined the cause of death was “multiple gunshot wounds” and ruled the death a homicide. Detectives are continuing the investigation and will not be releasing any further information at this time.
