Games available for play by the public that require the payment of money or other valuable consideration in order to play must have a permit. Examples: pool tables, foosball, coin operated darts, claw or grabber games, trivia games, pinball machines, shuffle boards and video games (except state-owned video poker terminals). Vending machines and juke boxes are not amusement devices. 

Count the total number of devices at the location, whether owned or non-owned. Regulated devices include pool tables, foosball, coin operated darts, claw or grabber cranes, trivia games, pinball machines, shuffle boards and all video games except state owned video poker terminals. Do not include jukeboxes, vending machines, or state owned video poker, keno, pull tab or lottery devices. If the location has:

1 to 3 devices, the fee is………. $50.00
4 to 6 devices, the fee is……… $100.00
7 to 9 devices, the fee is……… $200.00
10 to 19 devices, the fee is…… $500.00
20 or more devices, the fee is...$1000.00 

(Permits expire on December 31 and must be renewed yearly)
