REGULATORS - of wireless facilities:

BUREAU ROLE TERMS OF AGREEMENTS CONTACT           
Bureau of Development Services Processes wireless applications for sites on private property. Responds to wireless application on private property. Certain applications may trigger a conditional use permit

Review:
$700 special fee for Building Permit review.

Land Use Review:
When conditional use is triggered = $3,601 - $18,263
When Design Review is triggered = $5,000

Building Permit:
based on % of value of project as defined by building code.

Revenue Bureau - Office for Community Technology Oversees wireless right-of-way agreements according to administrative rules.

~$7,500 annually. [Note: carriers may also pay additional fees to the utilities, e.g. PGE or PP&L, for attaching onto utility poles.]  An additional one-time $2000 application fee if site is on a Priority 4 street (residential neighborhood).

Outreach requirement:
Carrier must hold neighborhood informational meeting if proposed site is on a Priority 4 street or within 400 feet of a Priority 4 street. See UTL – 3.07
