PROPOSAL:  AT&T Mobility proposes to replace an existing Portland General Electric utility pole at this location to allow for installation of wireless communication antennas that will provide in-building coverage for voice, data, and broadband services in this area.  Ancillary equipment is proposed to be located in the yard of a nearby property, behind a screen wall.

PURPOSE OF MEETING:  The City seeks to balance the increased demand for mobile wireless services while providing timely and adequate prior notification.  This pre-application informational neighborhood meeting is solely intended to provide information to interested parties and to allow such parties to provide comments, information regarding the project and proposed aesthetic and design options for the company to consider.  The City will not consider options modified or rejected by the carrier as part of its process.   City of Portland Administrative Rule UTL-3.07.
