Elephants in the Park

About

logoSince 1979, Elephants Delicatessen has been providing Portland with great local foods from scratch. As the Elephants herd grows, so does their impact on our community, so they utilize the triple bottom line, where people, planet, and profit are the measurements for success. At all levels of the business they work to share their commitment with employees and customers. They value practices that reduce waste, conserve energy, and support other local businesses. The Elephants herd is always brainstorming ways to provide better services with a lower impact. They invite your participation, and welcome your suggestions and feedback.
