Lewis & Clark College

About

logo

At Lewis & Clark, our approach to sustainability is grounded in our educational mission to cultivate global thinkers and leaders; extending from the classroom to campus grounds. The Lewis & Clark Sustainability Council (LCSC) is a group of students, faculty, and staff drawn from the College of Arts and Sciences, School of Law, and Graduate School of Education and Counseling. The council has existed in some form since the late 1990s and promotes engagement at all levels. The sustainability activities described here are woven throughout operations, programming and off campus partnerships, and continue to be an important driver for Lewis & Clark.
