Appendix A - Measurement Tools and Results Report

Options deployed a variety of tools to measure impacts on travel behavior, attitudes, and awareness changes stemming from the work in the Eastside Hub. This report describes of each type of data collection, survey results and a discussion of the findings.

Eastside Hub Target Area Comprehensive Evaluation Report

In 2005 Options provided hands-on opportunities and materials to Eastside Hub residents and employees to promote ways to get around by transit, walking, biking, carpooling and other alternatives to drive alone trips and to promote physical activity.

Guided Commute Rides

Youth Bicycle Helmet Program

Oregon law requires bicycle helmets for those riders or passengers under 16 years old.

Options Ambassadors

Ambassadors representing the Office of Transportation present information to encourage pedestrians, cyclists, drivers and transit riders to travel safely together - share the road.
