Come join us on these easy, pleasant, free neighborhood walks! The health benefits of walking are numerous, including reduced risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and obesity. Walking with a group provides the added benefits of a valuable support network.
Due to the program’s popularity, there will be 2 strolls each week. Tuesday morning strolls will be offered for those with a bit slower pace, while Wednesday morning strolls will take us slightly further.
Strolls showcase Portland’s great neighborhoods, and are offered weekly beginning Tues., May 14 through the first week in October. Each stroll begins at 10:00 a.m., and begins and ends along TriMet routes.
