Community Advisory Group

Growing Transit Communities

We held recruitment for the Growing Transit Communities Plan’s Community Advisory Group from Sept. 18 to Oct. 12. In that time, we received many outstanding, diverse applicants and accepted them all. The application is now closed.

The Growing Transit Communities CAG will provide feedback that will be considered for integration into project materials, development of alternatives, selection of a preferred plan, and recommendations to City Council. CAG representatives will be responsible for keeping their individual organizations, agencies, neighborhoods, and/or community and business groups up to speed on the progress of the Plan. Other responsibilities include attending CAG meetings, reviewing project materials, helping to distribute invitations to open houses and other public events, providing regular updates to one’s community on the project, and consulting with members of their community on how to best represent their views, concerns, and recommendations.
