  • You are encouraged to seek resolution to your issue directly with the towing company prior to submitting your complaint here.

  • Our jurisdiction includes only tows originating within the city of Portland. Please follow this link for information on filing a complaint for tows originating outside of Portland: https://www.portlandoregon.gov/transportation/article/428426

  • Our Office handles complaints regarding the actions of towers (vehicle damage, rudeness, overcharging). If you wish to appeal the reason an Agency (Parking Enforcement, Police, Sheriff's Office) towed your vehicle (Parking violation, Abandoned Vehicle) you may file an appeal with the Hearings Office: https://www.portlandonline.com/auditor/index.cfm?c=26645&
