Tammy Barron, the principal at Abernethy Elementary School, in SE Portland alerted us to this neat video that myRegence.com produced. The short video focuses on how Abernethy successfully integrates wellness into their school and showcases their biking program. Abernethy was one of the first schools to join Portland's Safer Routes to Schools program (in 2005) and they have really integrated it into the school culture, as this video attests.
