IRCO - Immigrant and Refuge Community Organization

The Immigrant and Refuge Community Organization (IRCO) offers primary health education and prevention programs targeting areas such as alcohol and drug abuse, tobacco use, Hepatitis B and HIV. 

The Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) is excited to begin the first step towards an IRCO Family Center by consolidating its Africa House and Skill Training Center locations into the Africa House Skill Training Center.  Starting February 1, 2010, Africa House, a culturally-specific one-stop social service center for refugees and immigrants from Africa, will be re-located to the IRCO owned property at 631 NE 102nd Avenue, Portland, OR. 97230.
