Advertised for bids on March 8, 2010; bids opened on March 30, 2010.

Contract awarded to Parker Northwest Paving by City Council on May 5, 2010 and executed on May 27, 2010.

Notice to Proceed issued by the City Engineer on July 9, 2010.  Paving completed on October 8, 2010.

Tree planting is scheduled for Saturday, January 15, 2011 from 8:30 AM to noon.  Join Friends of Trees, Portland Parks & Recreation, and PDC in a tree planting event.  Ten Oregon Ash trees will be planted along SE Center Street.

Planting of swale vegetation by the Bureau of Environmental Services is planned for April 2011.

No further schedule updates are planned.

Street includes:

  • North half of SE Center Street opposite 10808, 10820, 10828, 10832 and 10906 SE Center Street.
