Circuit Court announces changes to parking bail amounts
(PORTLAND, Ore.) – Effective on February 7, 2013, the Circuit Court will implement increases in bail amounts for seven parking violations related to meter receipts, front and rear license plates, area parking permits, and carpool and truck loading zones. These changes reflect the Circuit Court’s collaboration with the City of Portland to ensure that the bail schedule for parking violations is in line with comparable cities in the United States and at amounts that encourage compliance with regulations.
