1120 SW Fifth Ave, Suite 800, Portland, OR 97204
(Sept. 6, 2013) – The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation advises the traveling public that street improvements will require a lane closure on NE Weidler Street between NE 102nd and 112th Avenues beginning today and continuing through Tuesday, September 17from 7 a.m. through 4 p.m. each day.
The public is advised to expect delays on NE Weidler Street while repairs are being made. We ask the public to travel cautiously, observe all lane closures and directions by flaggers, and use alternate routes if possible.
This closure is necessary to remove and replace both the base and the surface layers of sections of NE Weidler Street to stabilize the foundation of the road and prevent potholes and other surface distress.
Local access to residences and businesses will be provided.
This work is weather-dependent, and the schedule may change.
A serious security vulnerability known as "Heartbleed" was recently discovered in OpenSSL, a popular software library commonly used by many websites on the internet to encrypt communication between a user's computer and a web server.
PortlandOregon.gov is NOT affected by this vulnerability as it does not use the OpenSSL software library. Please rest assured we are dedicated to protecting your security on this website.
