Disabled Parking Permits

Portland City Council authorized a new Disabled Parking Program that took effect July 1, 2014. These new rules provide a large variety of parking solutions for residents, visitors, and employees who require disabled parking.

Disabled Parking Placards 

In order to take advantage of the City of Portland's Disabled Parking rules, including those for metered parking, non-metered parking, and disabled parking permits, vehicles must have and display a valid state-issued Disabled Parking Placard.
