Disabled Parking Placards
In order to take advantage of the City of Portland's Disabled Parking rules, including those for metered parking, non-metered parking, and disabled parking permits, vehicles must have and display a valid state-issued Disabled Parking Placard.
Disabled Parking Placards are issued by the Oregon Driver and Motor Vehicle Services (DMV). Click here to go to the DMV's website for more information.
